• Mobile Line Hours: Our mobile line is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Our staff are available to answer any questions and guide you through the process.
• Response Time: If you have submitted photos to our mobile line and have not heard back yet, please allow 24-48 hours for a response, as Dr. Castellanos personally reviews each submission. However, we do our best to respond to most submissions the same day.
• Payment Details: Payment satisfies the deposit for this procedure. You will be responsible for the remainder of the balance, as well as any additional procedures you elect to add on. We accept CareCredit for the final balance payment but do not accept any other forms of medical financing options. We appreciate your understanding.
• Required Pre-Op Tests: CBC (Complete Blood Count) and CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) tests valid within the last 6 months are required before the procedure. If you do not have these tests completed, please contact us, and we will order them for you.
