Please read before booking: We kindly ask that you wait until you have been approved via virtual consultation to schedule your procedure and pay your deposit. Fill out our Pre-Op Evaluation Form and be sure to include photos of your neck area from the front and profile angles (left, right, and front of chin area) to receive feedback from Dr. Castellanos regarding next steps. 

The mobile line is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and our friendly staff are on hand to help answer any questions and guide you through the process. If you have submitted photos to our mobile line and have not heard back yet, we kindly ask that you give us 24-48 hours to reply, as Dr. Castellanos personally reviews each submission. However, we do our best to answer most submissions the same day. 

Please note that payment satisfies the deposit for this procedure. You will be responsible for the remainder of the balance, in addition to any additional procedures you elect to add on. We do accept CareCredit, but do not accept any other forms of medical financing options. We appreciate your understanding. 

Required pre-op: CBC (Complete Blood Count) and CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) tests valid from the last 6 months. If you do not have these tests completed, please contact us and we will order them for you.
